A: We lease our trucks through commercial companies helping us keep our overhead costs low and your moving cost even lower.
A: There is no time limit. Although scheduling your move farther in advance helps us better prepare for your move, same day moves are not uncommon and can very easily be completed.
A: Move-U has a 2.5 hour job minimum. The job minimum exists for a couple of reasons. First, it helps ensure we have ample amount of time to complete your move safely and in an orderly fashion. Second, it helps give our customers time to organize and manage the relocation of their belongings.
A: Move-U will be glad to meet you at the location of the Moving Vehicle and drive it for you. We require our customers to provide the rental insurance for the vehicle to ensure your safety as well as the safety of your belongings and Move-U workers.
A: We will be glad to follow you to your new location and unload your moving vehicle for you. There is a $0.45 per mile charge for following to the new location.
A: We accept personal check, credit card by phone and paypal.
